Egg/Pro Egg Whites may be blended with other dry ingredients. All dried eggs work better when the powder is at room temperature or above 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Water should be added after all dry ingredients are blended together. Dried egg products may also be reconstituted prior to mixing with other ingredients if so desired. The quantities of water necessary to reconstitute Nutra/Balance Products dried egg products are shown below:

SUGGESTED USES for EGG/PRO POWDER
- Instant Mixing:
Reconstitute and scramble with a fresh egg or low cholesterol egg product.
Mix dry with ground beef, pork, salt-free sausage, etc. to make a hi protein sandwich. Mix dry with applesauce or mashed potatoes (leached if needed).
Add to existing supplement such as Re/Gen or Nutra/Shake.
- Sprinkle on top of sherbet
- Add to milk shakes for a hi protein beverage. Also goes nicely with sherbet shakes
- Mix in hot cereals, especially with hi calorie cereals for a good hi-protein/hi-calorie supplement at breakfast.
