3 tbsp Cornmeal (not INSTANT). We used Quaker - quick yellow hominy-corngrits
2 Tbsp Egg/Pro Powder
1 tbsp Real Maple Syrup
Boiling water according to package directions
1 tbsp unsalted margarine
Cook cornmeal according to package directions. Turn off heat. Alternately add syrup and Egg/Pro - use wire whip if necessary. Add magarine. Yields 2/3 cup.
