Fortified Hot Cereal
Cream of Ricewith Egg/Pro
- 10 cups Cooked Hot Cream of Rice (1 oz = 1/2 cup Hot Cooked Cereal)
- 1 1/4 sticks magarine
- 2 cans (26 oz) Evaporated Milk
- 16 Tbsp Egg/Pro Powder
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Return to hot cereal pot. Reheat to proper serving temperature. Ladle with 10 oz ladle into 12 oz bowls. Serve.
Suggestions: Flavor with Cinnamon Apple Fiber, Pancake Syrup, Vanilla or Almond Extract.
